Almost

All my life I've been secretly complaining to god for making me an "Almost" guy.
I almost topped in exams when it mattered the most.
I almost made it into my dream college.
I almost had the girl of mydreams (sob).
I almost got that dream job TWICE!
Almost.. but never quite there....
But after what happened yesterday (When I almost got myself killed while riding, trying to save a pup), I've suddenly realized being the almost guy is not such a bad thing after all [;)].

Drowning...

Sometime I hate that chaos surround me
When all the answers that I seek are around me
Am I drowning?
Am I drowning.............................

Its Not Over!!!

The mean green season is back again. For the uninitiated, I'm talkin bout the grandest of all slams.. WIMBLEDON!! Growing up in a family full of avid tennis fans (read bro, mom n dad) , I've been following the grand slams religiously from the time I was probably ten and Winbledon is the most special to me for a lot of reasons (My Hero Goran's '01 victory being the foremost). Talkin about tennis as a religion, for all those who have followed tennis in last 8-10 years, there can only be one god. Yeah ur right I'm talkin bout the king himself, Roger federer.
Now coming to why I am writing this blog in the first place, it is just to tell all those people who are ever so keen on writing the king off (including the great Bjorn borg) in favor of a certain long haired dude (he's great too!) that I have 3 words for them. "ITS NOT OVER".
Yeah thats right. Fed might have been 'humiliated' on the red surface a couple of weeks ago, but the very fact that he managed to reach the finals on his least favorite surface in a season which has seen him win just 2 titles goes on to show that he is as ready as ever to battle it out on his home turf and show everyone that "It ain't over till its over".
Here's wishing for a great tournament, for two of my all time favorites to come face-to-face on the grand stage and for my man Roger to show all that he is still the "KING OF KINGS".
